Metal Shop - Molds and dies that are manufactured for our clients.  Check out this Masland/Lear PN-96 Trim Tool (Die) for the Ford Ranger Super Cab program

	Made for full carpet trim with all cut outs.  This had run in excess of half million pieces with only changes to blade.
Full manual supplied, parts list -cutters are all identified for re-ordering purpose with all templates kept on file for fast turnaround service on replacement parts.

CMM Shop - Certification and checking of the manufactured jobs.  Check fixtures from black line trim only to Wolverine Bases, CMM Reports 2 & 4 way locators - multi-purpose fixtures - inserts .

Seaway Pattern's Engineering department utilizes the latest in design software and numerically controlled machines. Our design team is fully capable of tool design, surface creation, tool path generation and skilled machining. We are capable of 2 to 5 axis machining and as previously stated, have one of the largest 5 and 3 axis machining centers in Northwest Ohio.
